The National Co-op. Bank Ltd. has introduced Mobile Banking for the benefit of their customers.

SMS PUSH SERVICES :

The Bank has started forwarding various messages to its customers on their mobile

  • Debit / Credit Transaction Message for amount of Rs.5000/- & above.
  • Term Deposit maturity intimation.
  • Inward Cheque Returned Intimation.
  • Outward Cheque Returned Intimation.
  • Account overdrawn intimation.

SMS PULL SERVICES :

SMS PULL service launched. Please use the following commands for getting information about your accounts

  • Balance Query
        SBAL
  • Last Three Transactions
        LST3
  • Fate of Cheque
        FCHQ
  •  

If the customer is having multiple accounts, then the command will be as follows:

 
  • SBAL PRODUCT CODE ACCOUNT NO.
         Eg. SBAL CA 100
  •  
  • LST3 PRODUCT CODE ACCOUNT NO.
        Eg. LST3 CA 100
  •  
  • FCHQ CHEQUE NUMBER PRODUCT CODE ACCOUNT NO.
        Eg. FCHQ 110145 CA 100
